How escrow protects both sides

When you pay for a job, the funds are held in your wallet, not released yet. They release to the worker only when you confirm the job is complete, or automatically after 72 hours if you don't respond.

If something goes wrong

1. Talk to the worker first.
2. Open a dispute from the job page within 72 hours.
3. Our team reviews evidence from both sides within 5 working days.
4. Funds are released, partially refunded, or fully refunded based on the finding.

Escalation

You can escalate to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
