Before work starts

Full refund any time before the agreed start time.

Work in progress

Partial refund if the worker stops with valid reason; we deduct time already worked.

After completion

Refund only via a dispute opened within 72 hours. See Disputes.

How you get the money back

Refunds return to your Ekasi wallet within 1 working day and can be withdrawn to your bank.
