Simple, honest fees
Ekasi is free for households. We earn only when a worker gets paid through the platform — a 10% service fee (minimum R10) deducted from the payment before it lands in the worker's Ekasi Wallet.

Cash-out vouchers are free. If you and your worker settle in cash off-platform, Ekasi earns nothing — but the worker misses out on the payment record that builds their trust score. Full detail in the Terms of Service.
